1.Atomic Fuorescence Spectrometer and related products provided by us are assured to attain the technical specifications indicated in the manufacturer's specification and the propaganda material .

2. Installation and debugging: when the user are ready for the conditions necessary for installation and demand for installation,we will assign professional engineers to install and debug to provide a door-to -door service.and provide at least once a centralized on-the-job training about use, services and maintenance, until the users could operate the instrument independently.

3. Skill training: after a period of use,we'll inform the users to attend training.the The training class Is organized in Beijing Jinsuokun Technology Developing Limited.The machine,teaching material and other relative materials will be provided freely by Jin suokun technoloty development inc.BEIJING.

4. The attaching materials,the parts and accessories,signal wires, power cord and so on  needed in installation and debugging will all be provided freely by our company.

5. Service department will provide for and help users to establish analysis method on samples.

6 Warranty period: warranty for one year, maintenance for all lifetime and providing software promotion freely.

7. Our company supply instrument’s parts  to users for long-terms, if the instrument is unworkable the user may contact post-sale service department, in 4 hours we give the reply or provide telephone service, in 24 hours we will appoint specialized service engineer to solve problem.

 8. Our company provide visiting at least once a year.
